1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the product must be returned in original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

2. Product Condition

• No damaged items: Returns will be refused if the jewelry shows scratches, dents, or any sign of wear.
• No counterfeit items: We only accept genuine Nile And Sinai products. Any attempt to return fake or non-Nile And Sinai items will be denied.
• Gold pricing: Because the price of gold fluctuates daily, refunds are based on the original sale price, not the current market value.

3. Record Your Unpacking

For both parties’ protection, please record a short video of yourself unpacking the package immediately upon receipt. This helps document the product condition and packaging integrity.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Support Team within 30 days at support@nileandsinai.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Include your unpacking video and photos showing the product condition.
3. Ship the item back to:

4. Use a trackable, insured shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
• If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us immediately.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different design or size, please place a new order on our site after your refund has been issued.
